There is one thing we do know: we are here for the sake of others.
Adopt the pace of Nature; her secret is patience.
—Ralph Waldo Emerson
I do not want the peace that passeth understanding.
I want the understanding which bringeth peace.
I hope you are all well and happy and enjoying the promise of these clear and bright twenty four brand new hours.
We will be gathering tonight at 6:30 at St. Matthew’s Church in West Barrington. We have looked at the Six Realms of Existence and started to practice with the Eightfold Path. Tonight we will look at the direct application of all of this. I am sorry to say that I will not be able to be with you in March, so I am looking forward to being with all of you this evening. I hope you can be with us.
I also wanted to remind you that the RI Community of Mindfulness will be offering a 5 day retreat May 18-22. It will be a wonderful opportunity to have a time to deepen our practice together.
