Tomorrow . . . Saturday, March 10, the Generations Sangha will be meeting at Westminster Unitarian Church on Kenyon Avenue in East Greenwich from 10 – 11:30. If you know of folks with children who might enjoy being mindfully together . . . please let them know. Also if you are able to join us, please do . . . it is so important to support young families and children . . . the more experienced practitioners we have the more solid the energy of mindfulness will be. If you can spare an hour and a half . . . please join us.
Sunday, March 11 . . . the Clear Heart Sangha will be meeting at Carol Robinson’s home at 6 PM at 10 Wheatfield Cove Road in the Harbor Island section of Narragansett. Information below. This meeting will include a beautiful sunset (weather permitting), sitting meditation and a Dharma sharing about the book Anger.
Tuesday, March 13 . . . the Mind Tamers will be meeting at 6:30 at St. Matthew’s Church in West Barrington. Sitting/walking/sitting followed by a Dharma sharing.
Wednesday, March 14 . . . the Clear Path Sangha will be meeting at 6:00 at the Westminster Unitarian Church on Kenyon Avenue in East Greenwich.
This meeting will include sitting/walking/sitting, listening to a teaching from the Deer Park winter retreat, and a Dharma sharing.
Saturday, March 17 . . . the OI/Aspirant meeting from 10:30-1:30 will be hosted by Clare Sartori at her home at

This will follow the usual format of a Recitation Ceremony for the Fourteen Mindfulness Trainings, a Dharma sharing, and sharing a vegetarian potluck lunch.
Sunday, March 18 . . . the Clear Heart Sangha will be meeting at 6 PM at our home at 725 Matunuck School House Road in Wakefield.
Don’t forget to register for the RI Community of Mindfulness Retreat to be held at Camp Aldersgate in North Scituate, May 22-28. A great opportunity for us to be joyfully together and deepen our practice. Thanks to all of the folks from all of the sanghas who have been working together so beautifully to create conditions for us to come together.

One of our members recently visited the camp and sent this . . . “I think it will be a lovely spot for us–lots of big windows overlooking the lake and tall pines, lots of spots outside for warming up with a fire, trails for walking meditation.” Sounds wonderful! I hope you can join us.

Also, SAVE THE DATE!!!!! There will be a Vesak celebration for all of the Buddhist groups in RI . . . April 28 from 10-12 at the First Unitarian Church on Benefit Street in Providence. It should be lovely!

There is limited parking at Carol’s, but you can park on Oak Hill Rd and walk down . . . now that the days are short you might like a flashlight?
