I hope you are all well and enjoying this beautiful day. We have been at Sloan Kettering this week and I am a bit behind, so this will be brief….
This is a reminder that there will be a gathering Sunday evening at 6 at our home at 725 Matunuck School House Road in Wakefield. We will enjoy sitting meditation and walking meditation (outdoors – weather permitting) I will offer a talk about the daily practices we have for retraining our minds and the neuroscience that validates our practices. We will enjoy sharing the Dharma and each other’s company. I hope you will be able to be with us.
